All families will be charged an annual membership registration fee of $30.00. This fee is non-refundable. This is billed annually on the anniversary date of existing members.
*Any outstanding balances will result in a cancelled membership.
Billing and Payment
Tuition is paid every four (4) weeks via direct debit from your major credit or debit card (Please review our payment schedule for exact dates.) Each family is required to maintain a valid credit card on file. Any alternative payment methods must be made no later than the week prior to the tuition due date or your credit card on file will be charged. Late payments will be charged a $10 fee. Delinquent payments will prevent students from participating in their scheduled class(es).

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than seven (7) days prior to the payment due date, and are subject to the following conditions:
7-Day Cancellation: If the cancellation request is received 7 days or fewer after the payment due date, a 50% refund will be issued. There are NO refunds after classes start in the current billing cycle or failure to notify our office in a timely manner.
Cancellation due to participant illness or injury: Participant will be refunded for the remainder of the classes AFTER written notification AND a doctor's note has been received.
No Shows (missed classes): NO REFUND.
In ALL cases the MCG membership fee is NON-REFUNDABLE
Absences and Makeup Procedures
If your child will be absent, please notify our office at (406) 221-2424. Students are allowed one (1) makeup class per month. If your child is absent for one of their classes, please call our office to schedule a makeup class at (406) 221-2424. Makeup classes must be scheduled within 6 weeks of a missed class. Students must be currently enrolled to attend a makeup class.
Parents must notify the office to drop a student from class no later than seven (7) days prior to the payment due date. Only a written notice via email, regular postal mail or hand delivered to our front desk will be acceptable. You are responsible for the payment of your student's classes (whether or not your student attends class) until the time you notify the staff VIA WRITTEN NOTICE. Please do not rely on your student to verbally let us know that he/she will no longer be attending classes. If a student stops coming to class without notification then that student's account will be charged for the additional 4 weeks. This charge will be for holding the student's place in that class instead of offering that place to a prospective student.
Arrival and Pickup
Be sure your student arrives 5 minutes before (no earlier) his/her scheduled class time. Children should be supervised before their class begins and after their class ends. Please pick up your student on time. Magic City Gymnastics is not responsible for unsupervised children.
What to Wear
Boys or girls may wear tucked in t-shirts and shorts, or leotards for Girls (no bare midriffs!). NO chewing gum or dangling jewelry. Leave jewelry at home. Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face. Personal items should be left in cubby holes. This facility's staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen.
